About the role

Join a dynamic team at Esri where innovation meets impact. We are seeking a talented individual to join our GIS development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for using GIS technology to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality GIS applications using Python, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test GIS solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our GIS development processes and tools.
  • Stay current with the latest GIS technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in GIS development.
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, and related GIS technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with GIS data modeling and analysis.
  • Knowledge of geospatial databases and data management systems.
  • Understanding of web mapping technologies and APIs.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and related GIS technologies.
  • Experience with GIS data modeling and analysis.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
