Gifting Experience Account Manager
About the role
We’re looking for a Gifting Experience Account Manager who brings together strong client instincts, thoughtful strategy, and disciplined follow-through. This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, creative problem solving, and operational execution.
Responsibilities
Client partnership & strategy
Build a deep understanding of each client’s brand, audience, and objectives
Lead discovery conversations and guide clients toward clear, thoughtful gifting strategies
Act as a trusted partner; someone clients rely on for both perspective and follow-through
Present ideas confidently and clearly, both virtually and in person
Strengthen relationships over time, contributing to long-term account growthGifting strategy & execution
Translate client needs into creative, experience-aligned gifting solutions
Lead sourcing efforts across a wide range of products, including opportunities to support onsite experiential gifting environments (e.g., gifting suites, curated displays, or in-event moments) when part of the broader program
Contribute to how gifting comes to life within a space; considering product mix, presentation, and overall guest experience where applicable
Partner with internal teams and vendor network to develop cohesive, well-considered proposals that account for both creative vision and executional feasibility
Guide clients through selection, pricing, and approvals with confidence and clarity
Ensure the gifting component aligns to the larger experience or program it supports, whether standalone or integrated into an event
Bring a point of view on product, trends, and creative direction; grounded in what will work for the clientProject leadership & delivery
Own projects from initial concept through final execution
Manage timelines, budgets, and all moving pieces with a high level of organization
Drive clear, proactive communication throughout the lifecycle
Partner closely with vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery
Problem-solve in real time and navigate challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach

Qualifications
6+ years in a client-facing role within gifting, promotional products, or a related space
2+ years leading gifting product programs end-to-end, from strategy and sourcing through execution
Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple concurrent projects
Strong communication skills; clear, concise, and persuasive
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Natural curiosity and awareness of trends within gifting, product, and brand experience

(If you are in KS or MN, we require employees to be in office part-time. If not in either state, this position has the capacity to be remote.)
