Gift Shop Associate - Sanford Health - PT

Duties

• Greet all customers.
• Sell merchandise.
• Handle money.
• Assist customers.
• Deliver gifts to patient/resident rooms.
• Light merchandise stocking.
• Visual merchandising the displays.
• Keep gift shop clean.
• Operate helium tank.
• Check-in freight.
• Determine retail pricing.
• Receive POS system inventory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash registers and making change.
• Knowledgeable of basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows.
• Ability to provide work direction to volunteers.
• Proficiency on Microsoft Office programs.

This position works in our hospital gift shops. Hours are Thursday and Friday 10 am - 6 pm and every other weekend Saturday & Sunday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.
