About the role
As a GI Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients before, during, and after endoscopic procedures. This full-time, day-shift position offers a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, nights, or on-call responsibilities. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and equipment for endoscopic procedures
- Maintain sterile technique and infection prevention standards
- Assist physicians and clinical staff during GI procedures
- Handle, clean, and process endoscopic equipment according to established protocols
- Anticipate procedural needs and contribute to efficient workflow
- Promote a safe, positive experience for patients throughout their care journey
Requirements
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
- Knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Endoscopy or GI experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Pay
Pay range: $33.25 - $45.36/hourly. At Mass General Brigham, base pay is determined by skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, and other essential factors. Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Day shift, Monday-Friday
- No weekends, nights, or on-call responsibilities
- Shift options: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
