GI Lab - Clinical Nurse

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across the continuum of care. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, cultural, and spiritual factors. Participates in activities to enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required.Experience: No prior experience necessary; 2+ years preferred if holding a Bachelor's degree.Additional Skills: Critical thinking, strong communication, teamwork, and safety awareness. ED, ICU, or Critical Care experience is advantageous.
