GGP Wash Bay Attendant

About the role

Use chemicals to clean and sanitize all machinery and assigned areas. Assist in tearing down machinery at the beginning of the cleanup shift and help set up before production starts in the morning.

Responsibilities

• Wash trucks inside and out for production
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor, area leader, and Sanitation Manager
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and coworkers
• Complete all tasks assigned by members of management
• Follow directions and work in other departments as needed
• Work outside when required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shift hours
• Sound work ethic, honesty, and moral character
• Poultry experience preferred but not required
• Basic understanding of machinery tear down and setup
• Basic chemical understanding (a strong plus)
• Clean-up (parts) experience
