YOUR DAY AS A WASH BAY ATTENDANT
No two days are exactly alike in this role. You'll spend your day ensuring trailers are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, helping maintain wash pits and bays, monitoring equipment condition, and supporting the facility's overall cleanliness and efficiency. As you move through your responsibilities, you'll communicate regularly with the Truck Wash Supervisor, report equipment issues, assist with ordering and inventory management, perform light maintenance tasks, maintain wash equipment, perform grounds maintenance, and contribute to a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Can consistently follow procedures and safety guidelines
- Takes initiative when problems arise
- Comfortable balancing independent work with team collaboration
- Maintains a professional and respectful attitude at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and climb ladders
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
