Position Overview
The ITR Engagement Manager plays a key role within our team. Acting as a strategic partner to clients, this individual ensures that consulting services align with business objectives and contribute to long-term success. Working closely with account managers and internal teams, they support account strategies and sales initiatives related to consulting services, while ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic lead on engagements, partnering with sales teams to identify and develop consulting opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand needs and priorities
- Serve as the primary negotiator for client and candidate agreements
- Advise clients by positioning Compugen’s consulting capabilities to drive measurable outcomes
- Drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with account managers and recruitment teams to align demand with talent supply
- Engage executive stakeholders to understand business priorities and transformation initiatives
- Translate client needs into consulting solutions, statements of work (SOW), and service offerings
- Support pre-sales efforts including solution design, pricing strategies, and proposals
- Manage post-sale relationships to ensure alignment with evolving client needs
- Maintain client satisfaction and drive renewals and expansion opportunities
- Act as a trusted escalation point
- Represent the voice of the client internally
- Ensure delivery outcomes align with commitment
Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of business development experience in consulting or staffing environments
- 5+ years of contract management experience
- Experience delivering to government and enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery
- Proven ability to build and execute client experience strategies
- Solid analytical and financial acumen
- Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure (asset)
