German-Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We're looking for a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing internal team. As a direct TalentPop employee, you'll deliver outstanding support and help customers receive timely, effective solutions across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Investigate issues and provide prompt resolutions.
• Deliver accurate information while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Track recurring concerns and share insights with leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, customer support, or related roles.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Personal computer with an Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
• Reliable wired internet connection with minimum 25 Mbps speeds.

Previous experience with customer support software is preferred.
