Responsibilities

Primary Care: Confident in delivering high-quality primary care, addressing both medical and social needs of senior patients.

Patient Focus: Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly, and/or medically underserved individuals.

Passion: Energetic and passionate about working in a fast-growing organization.

Requirements

MD or DO board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

No Geriatrics training required.

Benefits

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, if needed

Annual Bonus: Up to 20% based on quality measures
