Geriatrics Physician

Join an adult primary-care team in the heart of Chicago. The clinic is 100 % outpatient, located at a single recently built site with on-site labs and a capped patient panel so you can spend more time with each patient.

About the role

• Value-based care model with an emphasis on quality
• Typical daily volume: 11–14 patients
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (no nights, no weekends)
• On-site support: MD/DO, APP, scribe, and medical assistant
• Partner track available; position is promotable

• Base salary up to $240,000, commensurate with experience

Requirements

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine
• Experience caring for elderly patients
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois medical license
• Bilingual or at least medical-level Spanish or Cantonese required
• Board-certified or board-eligible MD; U.S. residency not required if you hold a current U.S. work visa
