Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care for senior residents, including conducting assessments, administering medications and treatments, and coordinating care plans.
- Monitor changes in resident conditions and collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and families to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.
- Educate residents and families, document care accurately, and mentor support staff.
- Uphold dignity, respect, and organizational values across the care continuum.
Qualifications & Skills
- Compassionate, organized, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, faith-based environment.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and resident care standards.
