Geriatric Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centered care for senior residents in a faith-based setting.Complete assessments, administer medications and treatments.Coordinate care plans and monitor changes in resident conditions.Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and families to ensure optimal outcomes, safety, and comfort.Educate residents and families about care plans and health management.Document care accurately and maintain detailed records.Mentor and support staff to uphold care standards and organizational values. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure.Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care.Ability to work effectively within a team and support a mission-driven environment.
