Geriatric Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver person-centered care in a faith-based, mission-driven environment for senior residents.

Responsibilities

• Conducting assessments, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care plans, and monitoring resident conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and families to ensure optimal outcomes, safety, and comfort
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health needs
• Accurately document all care activities and progress
• Mentor and support staff to uphold high standards of care and professionalism
• Uphold dignity, respect, and organizational values throughout all interactions

Qualifications
