Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA/CNA-I)

About the role

Oak Crest by Erickson Senior Living, a “Best Place to Work” award-winner, has immediate, multiple openings on our Nursing Team for Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA/CNA-I).

Responsibilities

• Perform appropriate nursing tasks per individual care plans
• Administer medications (CMTs only)
• Provide companionship, comfort, and help with activities of daily living
• Escort residents to appointments and activities
• Aid with light housekeeping and meal preparation

Requirements

• GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant, also known as CNA-I) certification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.

Pay

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $17.50 - $21.86 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.

Schedule

• $3.00 hourly for evening shifts (3:00pm - 11:30pm, Mondays through Fridays)
• $1.00 hourly for night shifts (11:00pm - 7:30am, Mondays through Fridays)
• $2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts)
