The Staffing Resource Pool is a designated supplemental staffing pool where staff will float across various units.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Licensure: Current Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant (C-GNA) license.
- Certification: CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Experience: Preferred 2-3 years of experience in medical, dementia, or behavioral health settings.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with electronic health records (e.g., Synquest), and experience using assistive equipment like Hoyer lifts and specialty beds.
