Responsibilities
- Maintain patient care routines such as monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document patient progress.
- Educate patients and families about their treatment plans and health maintenance needs.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
- Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with patient care tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferred but not required for certain positions).
- CPR/BLS certification (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
