Responsibilities

  • Maintain patient care routines such as monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing wound care.
  • Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document patient progress.
  • Educate patients and families about their treatment plans and health maintenance needs.
  • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
  • Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with patient care tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive patient environment.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid LPN license in the state of Maryland.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferred but not required for certain positions).
  • CPR/BLS certification (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
