This is a clinical and administrative leadership role requiring a board-certified geriatric medicine specialist. The position involves 75% clinical and 25% administrative duties in a comprehensive outpatient setting, with access to excellent support staff and state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor primary care providers in value-based care initiatives
• Manage provider development and performance
• Oversee advanced cardiac testing and diagnostic services
• Share phone call coverage

Requirements

• Board certification in geriatric medicine
• Management experience with a focus on provider development
• Strong leadership skills
