Geriatric Care Physician Position
About the Role
An independent practice group of 12 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners seeks a Physician experienced in geriatric care to join their established outpatient geriatric clinic at the Lakewood office. The clinic partners with CommonSpirit Hospitals to run geriatric outpatient clinics connected with St. Anthony’s and St. Anthony’s North Hospitals, serving only Medicare and Medicare Advantage Insurance patients.
- 100% outpatient care
- Interdisciplinary team including physicians, RNs, and LCSWs
- Epic EMR system
- Established senior clinic with 30+ years of history
- Call schedule of 1:12, evenly rotated among all physicians
Responsibilities
Provide geriatric care in an outpatient setting, managing senior patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Experience in primary care outpatient clinics managing senior patients
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics

The clinics are located in the suburbs of Denver, CO, a community recognized nationally by Forbes as one of the top places to move in the country. The area offers great biking, hiking, and entertainment venues and is touted as one of the best destinations in Colorado to raise a family.
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 4 workdays per week
Pay
Compensation range: $240,000–$260,000 plus bonus.
