Geriatric Medicine Physician

About the role

We are seeking a Board‑Certified Geriatrician to provide inpatient consultative care to hospitalized older adults. Join a small, collaborative team of 3 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers dedicated to Age‑Friendly 4Ms care at a Level 1 trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient geriatric consults five days a week, focusing on complex care coordination and medical management.
• Collaborate with medical students, residents, and fellows, providing bedside and formal teaching opportunities.
• Participate in the Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) and engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to promote Age‑Friendly Care.
• No overnight call required.
