About the role

Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor providing mental health services to seniors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group psychotherapy in English and a second language via on-site visits and telehealth
• Address mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, adjustment, grief, and cognitive/behavioral challenges
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and facility staff to develop and implement care plans
• Complete timely documentation and participate in patient-centered, learning-focused culture

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Counselor with bilingual proficiency
• Experience in providing evidence-based mental health services, preferably with seniors
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work flexibly across different settings, including assisted living and community environments
