Geriatric Licensed Therapist

Role: Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Responsibilities: Provide compassionate psychotherapy to seniors and their families in various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, and community environments. Conduct assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver individual, couple, and family therapy in both on-site and telehealth formats. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff to ensure comprehensive care. Document treatment progress and compliance with Medicare and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with bilingual proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with seniors and their families. Knowledge of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation standards. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to diverse care settings.
