About the role

This position is responsible for all daily operations including scheduling, completing all jobs, hiring, training, and development, ensuring that our teams operate safely, maintaining trucks, and DOT aspects, and regularly communicating with property owners.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, lead, and manage a team.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communication, and attitude to each client.
• Sell in-situ, upsell, and provide customer service.
• Operate trucks safely at all times, conducting daily inspections, monthly maintenance, and ongoing maintenance.
• Handle heavy lifting and trash removal from commercial, residential, and governmental sites.
• Work to build and maintain the company's brand and image. Ensure there are enough materials in the truck for deliveries and additional marketing efforts.
• Manage time effectively within the provided daily program (when to discard, how to complete a job better, how to market during downtime).
• Educate clients on pricing and services and the benefit to them before providing a quote and guaranteeing a positive experience. Be able to confidently quote work aggressively to meet or exceed goals.
• Regularly make bank deposits. Regularly communicate with property owners.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service/call center skills.
• Able to resolve problems on the job.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to lift 75 pounds.
• Preference for working in an accelerated environment.
• Able to work without direct supervision.
