Job Responsibilities

  • Developing geotechnical proposals
  • Performing site reconnaissance
  • Developing boring plans and managing field operations
  • Solid classification and developing laboratory testing programs
  • Report development, including performing geotechnical analyses
  • Project invoicing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a focus in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
  • Master’s Degree a plus
  • Florida Engineer Intern (EI) certification
  • Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus but not required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Capable of performing field work including site reconnaissance and soil classification
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and structured, able to work within project constraints and deadlines
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment with an energetic and professional demeanor
