Job Responsibilities
- Developing geotechnical proposals
- Performing site reconnaissance
- Developing boring plans and managing field operations
- Solid classification and developing laboratory testing programs
- Report development, including performing geotechnical analyses
- Project invoicing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a focus in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
- Master’s Degree a plus
- Florida Engineer Intern (EI) certification
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Capable of performing field work including site reconnaissance and soil classification
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and structured, able to work within project constraints and deadlines
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment with an energetic and professional demeanor
