About the role
Geospatial Analyst responsible for extracting, analyzing, validating, and finishing airfield infrastructure data in accordance with customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Feature extraction and analysis of airfield features such as runways, taxiways, navigational aids, and hangars.
- Updating and debugging Python scripts, including transitioning from VBA for product finishing.
- Utilizing geospatial databases and scripting with SQL, Oracle, PostGIS, and related tools.
- Employing ESRI ArcGIS for feature collection, validation, and product completion.
- Extracting features from imagery sources and supporting data entry using Microsoft Access and Excel.
Requirements
- 4+ years of GEOINT experience, with educational substitutions available.
- Knowledge of airfield infrastructure and feature collection (points, lines, areas).
- Proficiency in Python, VBA, SQL, and geospatial databases.
- Understanding of coordinate systems, elevation models, and imagery products is preferred.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.

- Must remain stationary for extended periods.
- Must communicate effectively with team members.
