About the role
This state-funded program supports preschool age children. We are seeking a GA Pre-K Assistant Teacher to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Aid in planning, supervising, and implementing the program for the class according to the program policies.
- Maintain a safe and developmentally appropriate classroom environment and provide appropriate supervision of children.
- Create and manage an appropriate classroom learning environment and schedule.
- Create and implement weekly lesson plans based on the Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS), Work Sampling Online System (WSO) assessment data, and Georgia Pre-K approved Curriculum.
Requirements
- Child Development Associate (CDA) OR Paraprofessional Certificate OR Technical Certificate (TCC) in ECE OR Technical College Diploma (TCD) in ECE OR Montessori Credential OR Georgia Certified Teacher OR associate degree or higher.

We are looking for someone who is portable and able to provide the required documentation upon hire.

Pay
$16.50 an hour based on education and experience
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 pm
