Happy Haven Childcare is a Quality Rated childcare facility in Lilburn GA. Happy Haven Childcare is looking to hire on a Georgia Pre-K Assistant Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year (August-May) with the opportunity to continue on in our Summer Transition Program during the summer months of June-July 2026. This position has paid holidays, off on weekends, and breaks following the Gwinnett County Schools system.

Duties

• Following and assisting in implementing lesson plans
• Attending mandatory training (in-person & online)
• Communicating with parents
• Maintaining the cleanliness; health and safety of the classroom environment

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or higher
• Minimum of 20 children with the help of a classroom Lead Teacher
• Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience
• Familiar with GA-PREK rules and standards is a plus

Availability

Availability to work full time Mon-Fri 8am-2:30pm (32.5 hours per week)
