About the role

Responsibilities
- ... each bullet ...
for section headings. We could keep a flat list; but that would be huge. However we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep them as list items under a single . That's okay.
Now Requirements section: content includes:
- Ideal candidate will be board certified as a Certified Genetic Counselor (CGC) through the American Board of Genetic Counseling or eligible to obtain certification within the required timeframe.
- Candidates should possess advanced training in genetic counseling, strong communication and presentation skills, experience educating patients and healthcare professionals, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary clinical and research environments.
- Must live in Houston, TX area
- Education: Master's Degree Genetic Counseling required.
- Work Experience Required: None.
- Licenses and certifications: Required: ABGC - American Board of Genetic Counseling. Must successfully pass the ABGC certification exam within the first 180 days of entry into Genetic Counselor job title. within 180 Days. Preferred: CGC - Certified Genetic Counselor By the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC). Upon Hire.
We might separate Requirements (certification, experience, location) and Qualifications (education, skills). But we can combine.
Given guidelines: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Requirements and Qualifications separate.
Let's define:
Requirements: board certification eligibility, must live in Houston, maybe work experience (none). Also maybe "Must successfully pass ABGC certification exam within first 180 days".
Qualifications: Education (Master's Degree Genetic Counseling), advanced training, strong communication and presentation skills, experience educating patients and healthcare professionals, ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary clinical and research environments.
Skills: maybe communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate, etc. But we already have those in Qualifications. Could separate Skills: strong communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary clinical and research environments.
But we need to avoid duplication. Let's think: The posting mentions "advanced training in genetic counseling, strong communication and presentation skills, experience educating patients and healthcare professionals, and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary clinical and research environments." That's a set of qualifications/skills.
We could put those under Qualifications. Skills could be omitted if redundant. But guidelines say we can include Skills section if there is real specific content. We have communication and presentation skills, ability to collaborate. That's specific. So we can have Skills section.
Thus:
Requirements: board certification eligibility (CGC or eligible within timeframe), must live in Houston, TX area, must pass ABGC exam within 180 days, work experience: none (maybe mention). Also maybe "Must successfully pass the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) certification exam within the first 180 days of entry into Genetic Counselor job title."
Qualifications: Master's Degree Genetic Counseling required; advanced training in genetic counseling.
Skills: strong communication and presentation skills; experience educating patients and healthcare professionals; ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary clinical and research environments.
Benefits: list as per posting.
Pay: salary range.
Schedule: Work Week: Days (full-time), Hybrid Onsite/Remote.
We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, legal statements, requisition ID, etc.

We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed.
Let's write.
