About the role

The Department of Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and the Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor for the Division of Genetics, Genomics, and Metabolism.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows.
  • Participate in clinical practice programs including general genetics/dysmorphology, inborn errors of metabolism, neurofibromatosis, skeletal dysplasia, connective tissue disorders, and lysosomal storage disorders.
  • Engage in clinical research trials and the development of new clinical and training programs.

Requirements

  • Hold an M.D. or D.O.
  • Be board certified or board eligible in Clinical Genetics.
  • Eligible for licensure in Illinois.

Qualifications

Salary and academic rank are commensurate with experience.

Pay

The expected base pay range for this position is $204,793-$233,560.
