Role: Genesys Manager / Analyst Location: Kansas City, MO or Miami, FL (Onsite) ASAP start. 6 Months and longer. Job Description Genesys Manager / Analyst - 2-5 years Genesys Command center and operational execution expertise with Genesys Cloud CCaaS. Expertise building metric and data analytics dashboarding, IVR development, Skills Based Routing agent profiles as well as documentation to train operational staff to take this over. Further experience needed in Workforce optimization - workforce management and quality assurance.
