About the role

Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a Power Advisor to join our team. This role offers high-earning potential, extensive training, and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships, seek referrals, and build your own pipeline.
• Educate homeowners on standby generator systems and power solutions.
• Perform load calculations and recommend properly sized systems.
• Create professional proposals and close profitable installation jobs.
• Actively pursue referrals and neighborhood prospecting.
• Review all sold jobs with department leadership.
• Document your sales in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smoothly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years of residential Electrical/Generator experience (preferred).
• Generac Liquid Cooled Certification (preferred).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
• Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.
