Generator Technician - Experienced

About the role

The Generator Technician position requires a high level of specialized knowledge, skill, and expertise in the industry. The role is hands‑on, focused on repairing, refurbishing, and maintaining equipment in the shop, as well as assisting with temporary wiring systems on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on generators of all sizes at various job sites.
• Repair and refurbish equipment.
• Install and test temporary job‑site wiring installations with a fit‑for‑purpose and code‑compliant approach.
• Advise and support the Shop Manager as needed.
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset and work productively with full management support.

Requirements

Schedule

This is a full‑time position, working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with frequent overtime as required.
