Pay
Pay: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission opportunities.
Schedule
Monday through Friday | 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled service, preventative maintenance, and new installations of residential standby generators
- Coach and develop entry‑level technicians through hands‑on training and guidance
- Complete inspections according to manufacturer recommendations
- Change oil, filters, spark plugs, batteries, and other maintenance‑related components
- Document maintenance findings accurately
- Identify potential concerns and communicate recommendations to customers and management
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with generator installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and train less‑experienced technicians
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lb and performing demanding fieldwork as needed
- Generac Certification preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong mechanical skills with a willingness to learn and expand technical knowledge
- Additional experience with HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, propane, or oil is highly valued
- Valid driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driving history
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment
