Job Responsibilities
- Fuel, operate and maintain generators
- Assist in the installation of rental generators at various sites
- Order parts for repairs as needed
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of generator systems
- Perform engine oil and coolant services
- Serve and prime fuel system
Competencies/Requirements
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Diesel generator experience a plus
- Technical schooling, automotive or transportation fields, commercial, residential electric, or like military experience
- Thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical theory and application
