About the Role

Hirely is recruiting Generalist Professionals on behalf of one of our hiring partners for a fully remote opportunity supporting advanced AI evaluation projects. This role is designed for professionals with broad experience across consumer-facing, personal, business, or other relevant domains. You will review and assess domain-specific documents, evaluate quality and relevance, and provide structured feedback according to detailed guidelines. The opportunity is well suited to professionals who combine strong analytical judgment, professional experience, and excellent written communication.

What You'll Do

• Review and assess documents related to your area of professional or domain expertise.
• Evaluate content for accuracy, quality, relevance, consistency, and completeness.
• Provide structured feedback based on established evaluation guidelines.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and potential quality issues.
• Analyze documents and supporting information to make well-reasoned assessments.
• Apply structured criteria consistently across different evaluation tasks.
• Document findings clearly and accurately.
• Use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to review, organize, and present information.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail across repetitive and complex evaluation tasks.
• Contribute domain expertise to projects focused on improving advanced AI systems.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong document review and analysis abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to interpret detailed instructions and apply structured evaluation criteria consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors or inconsistencies.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Relevant Experience Includes

Professionals with experience in areas such as business, finance, consulting, education, operations, research, administration, customer-facing services, professional services, or other fields involving substantial document analysis and professional judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, evaluating, or quality-checking professional documents.
• Experience conducting structured research or analysis.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, or data-driven documents.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation, data quality, annotation, or content review projects.
• Strong ability to apply professional judgment to ambiguous or complex information.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• $80–$160 per hour
• Fully remote
• Independent contractor engagement
• Flexible schedule
• Project-based work
• Weekly payments through the hiring partner's approved payment process
• Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project requirements and performance.
