Join Aristotle as a founding team member to scale our AI tutoring platform from hundreds to thousands of students. You will lead go-to-market strategy, build operational systems from scratch, and drive growth through rapid experimentation. This high-ownership role involves wearing multiple hats to define how we acquire students and partner with educational institutions.

About the role

Join as a founding-level hire in a mission-driven 6-person team, directly shaping the company’s trajectory and culture beyond the product. Work in-person from the heart of SF's Financial District in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes speed, intellectual honesty, and rapid iteration. Help solve educational inequality by scaling an innovative AI product backed by $5M in seed funding to reach thousands of students.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end customer acquisition and partnership development with schools and educational institutions to drive student growth.
  • Design and implement scalable operational systems and key performance metrics to support the company as it scales from pilots to thousands of users.
  • Conduct deep user research with students and educators to identify pain points and refine the go-to-market strategy through rapid experimentation.

Requirements

  • Has 2-5 years of experience in operations, growth, or go-to-market roles at early-stage startups (pre-seed through Series A).
  • Demonstrates a proven track record of building new channels or processes from scratch with measurable outcomes and clear impact.
  • Combines strong analytical capabilities with a scrappy, self-directed problem-solving approach to thrive in a versatile, high-ownership environment.
