What You’ll Do

• Receive incoming product and replenish warehouse inventory to support order fulfillment
• Pick customer orders using RF scanners or paper pick tickets with a high level of accuracy
• Pack floral orders carefully to ensure product quality and readiness for shipment
• Select cases of flowers in a refrigerated box pick cooler using warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Stage completed orders by stacking boxes, shrink wrapping, and preparing pallets for outbound shipping
• Move and handle freight safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse
• Read and verify product labels, tickets, and documentation to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting productivity expectations

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• This role operates in a warehouse environment that includes a refrigerated cooler maintained at approximately 36°F to preserve fresh floral products.
• This Position Requires The Ability To Lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
• Safely handle freight, boxes, and inventory during the shift

Compensation & Benefits

• The expected hourly pay range for this position is $16–$17.50 per hour.
• Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliability with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new equipment and warehouse processes through on-the-job training
• Positive and respectful attitude in a collaborative work environment
