Key Responsibilities

  • Handle bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
  • Manage Simpro workflows, including the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and processing invoices.
  • Create and schedule regular social media posts.
  • Design and distribute the company’s Monthly Newsletter.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various internal processes.
  • Monitor and update all professional and business licenses across company systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Oversight and maintenance of regular Vehicle Reporting and documentation.
  • Execute various project-oriented tasks as assigned, assisting with business improvements and specialized assignments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience using Xero and Simpro.
  • Strong background in bookkeeping and office management.
  • Ability to write clear professional content for newsletters and social media.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry, licensing management, and reporting.
  • Experience in drafting SOPs and maintaining organized filing systems.
