Key Responsibilities
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
- Manage Simpro workflows, including the creation of Purchase Orders (POs) and processing invoices.
- Create and schedule regular social media posts.
- Design and distribute the company’s Monthly Newsletter.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various internal processes.
- Monitor and update all professional and business licenses across company systems to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Oversight and maintenance of regular Vehicle Reporting and documentation.
- Execute various project-oriented tasks as assigned, assisting with business improvements and specialized assignments.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience using Xero and Simpro.
- Strong background in bookkeeping and office management.
- Ability to write clear professional content for newsletters and social media.
- High level of accuracy in data entry, licensing management, and reporting.
- Experience in drafting SOPs and maintaining organized filing systems.
