Responsibilities
- Communicate with Operators to maintain a continuous flow of material and prevent shortages.
- Supply required components or ingredients to the assigned production department.
- Ensure materials are cleared from QC Hold and used in the proper products.
- Transport product, open boxes, and prepare ingredients or components at each production station.
- Immediately notify the group leader or supervisor of any food quality issues or foreign objects.
- Report any damage or malfunctioning equipment to the Supervisor.
- Stock finished product or boxes on pallets and manage empty pallets correctly.
- Monitor safety procedures in the work area.
- Keep work area clean and follow all work rules, including safe driving speeds and proper PPE usage.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adhere to safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Ability to read and understand product labels (including product code numbers, descriptions, and total weight).
- Ability to operate a forklift/pallet jack (certification preferred but not required; training available).
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience.
Pay
The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour. The final rate will be based on relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market considerations.
This position may also be eligible for overtime pay, shift differentials, and/or bonus opportunities.

Work Environment
- Work is performed in a manufacturing plant environment with noise, extreme temperatures, and significant movement of powered equipment, people, and conveyors.
- Conditions are typical of a food manufacturing facility.
- No domestic travel is required.
- Physical demands may include lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent/infrequent bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching, or reaching.
- Requires the use of hands or fingers, talking, hearing, and feeling objects or tools.
- May require standing or walking on concrete flooring for more than 4 hours.
