About the role

CAMERON MITCHELL RESTAURANTS is seeking a General Utilities team member. The role is responsible for properly washing and storing all dishes, trays, eating utensils, cups, and small equipment for the kitchen, assisting in portioning, peeling, and cleaning food as requested, maintaining the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner, and cleaning the dining room, lavatories, and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
• Maintain a uniform that meets restaurant requirements and keep it clean.
• Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
• Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests' questions about the restaurant.
• Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
• Cooperate with management and co‑workers, assisting others with duties when needed.
• Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
• Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines as specified by the restaurant.
• Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
• Know emergency procedures in the restaurant.
• Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.

Pay

Starting pay $12.00‑$22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with paid time off; the restaurant is closed on seven major holidays.
