General Urology position in Greater Winston-Salem, NC
About the role
The Novant Health Surgical Institute is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible urologist to join their established team in Winston-Salem, NC. The team focuses on all aspects of Urology, offering the latest technology to manage stones, incontinence, Oncology, and all prostate disorders. The practice is supported by system-wide EMR-EPIC and provides easy access to robotics.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of urological cases
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers to provide comprehensive urological care
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of urological care
- Contribute to the educational mission of the institution through teaching and mentoring
Requirements
- Current medical license in good standing
- Completion of a residency program in Urology
- Experience in robotic-assisted surgery is preferred
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Successful completion of a Urology residency program
- Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX examinations
