Education

We are looking for a graduate of an accredited school of medicine with:

• A completed residency program
• (For specialty physicians) a completed fellowship program specific to their medical specialty

Additionally, candidates must have:

• A current MD license in the appropriate state
• Board certification or eligibility
• A current DEA license
