General Urologist MD/DO

About the role

The Tallwood Urology and Kidney Institute at The Hospital of Central CT is seeking a General Urologist to establish state-of-the-art urologic services. The position is part of a team of local and national leaders in urology and kidney care.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a high-performing urology practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive urologic care
• Promote research opportunities within the institute
• Participate in 1 in 6 call coverage

Requirements

• Board Certification in Urology
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut

Qualifications

• Subspecialty training in urologic oncology, pelvic health, stones, men's health, or chronic kidney disease is preferred
• Experience in leading a urology practice is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
