About the role
The Tallwood Urology and Kidney Institute at The Hospital of Central CT is seeking a General Urologist to establish state-of-the-art urologic services. The position is part of a team of local and national leaders in urology and kidney care.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a high-performing urology practice
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive urologic care
- Promote research opportunities within the institute
- Participate in 1 in 6 call coverage
Requirements
- Board Certification in Urology
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut
Qualifications
- Subspecialty training in urologic oncology, pelvic health, stones, men's health, or chronic kidney disease is preferred
- Experience in leading a urology practice is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
