Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment used in composite manufacturing.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure product meets specifications.
• Assist in the setup and operation of automated systems.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in manufacturing or a similar field.
• Knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with basic machine operation and maintenance.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
