We need to remove EEO line at end.
We need to format into sections: maybe "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Skills"? The posting includes "Physical Demands" and "Work Environment". Those could be part of "Requirements" or separate sections? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map content accordingly.
We have:
- About the role: description of Turner, location, travel, etc. Could be a paragraph.
- Responsibilities: the list of duties under "Essential Duties & Responsibilities*". That's a list.
- Requirements: maybe includes qualifications (education, experience) plus physical demands and work environment? Or we could separate Qualifications and Skills. The posting includes "Qualifications:" with education, experience, communication abilities, computer proficiency, ability to work independently/team, travel 50%+. Also physical demands and work environment could be under "Requirements" or "Skills". But we need to decide.
Given typical job postings: Qualifications section includes education, experience, skills. Skills could be separate but we can combine.
We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info. So we should not include those sections.
We need to ensure we don't include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to remove duplicated lines.
Let's craft HTML:
About the role
... paragraph summarizing location, travel flexibility, Turner overview, etc.
Responsibilities
- ... ...
Qualifications
... education, experience, communication, computer proficiency, teamwork, travel requirement.
Maybe also include Physical Demands and Work Environment as part of Qualifications or separate? Could add aRequirements
with physical demands and work environment. But the instruction says we can use Requirements heading. Let's see if we have content for Requirements: physical demands and work environment are specific. So we could have a Requirements section. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title. Now extract content precisely. About the role: combine the initial paragraphs before Position Description. Let's gather: "Division: Omaha Main Project Location(s): Omaha, NE 68154 USA Minimum Years Experience: Travel Involved: Job Type: Regular Job Classification: Experienced Education: Job Family: Construction Compensation: Salaried Exempt This role requires travel and location flexibility. While candidates local to the Omaha area are encouraged to apply, initial project assignments may be outside the state. We need to remove the metadata lines like Division:, etc. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. So we can drop those metadata lines entirely, or we can include a short paragraph summarizing location, job type, etc. But we should preserve substantive information. The metadata like Division, Location, Minimum Years Experience, Travel Involved, Job Type, Job Classification, Education, Job Family, Compensation: Salaried Exempt are substantive? They give info about job type, compensation type (salaried exempt), location, etc. We should keep them but not as headings. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph. Thus we can create a paragraph: "Located in Omaha, NE, this salaried exempt position requires travel and location flexibility, with initial assignments possibly outside the state. Candidates local to Omaha are encouraged to apply but should be open to traveling or working in different locations as needed. Experience in data centers (mission critical), healthcare, sports/entertainment, or light industrial facilities is preferred, with transferable experience from similarly complex construction environments also considered." Then continue with Turner description. Thus About the role paragraph will include location, job type, travel, preferred experience, company overview. Now Responsibilities: list each duty. Let's extract duties from "Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:" after that sentence. The text: "Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of various projects.Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman. Ensure that critical activities and decisions remain on task and that Required On Job (ROJ) dates are provided to the project management team.Document project field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule, and provide to the project management team.Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule.Provide oversight for the Superintendent/Foreman for the development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).Provide guidance in implementation of the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.Identify projects with Self-Perform opportunities and assist in the development of the Self-Perform proposal.Manage Self-Perform performance.Work in concert with Business Unit Safety Director to implement the BU Safety Program.Manage Review of Capabilities, Accomplishments and Progress (ReCAP) progress for field trades people.Maintain a progression/succession plan for all high-potential tradesmen in conjunction with the Operations Manager (OM).Manage training for tradesmen.Support Business Development, Estimating and the Project Executives (PX's) with development of operational plans for all pursuits.Support the Project Executive, Project Superintendent and Project Manager to support development of logistics plans and schedules during pre-construction and early project activities." We need to split into list items. Each sentence separated by period. We'll make each a
