General Superintendent | High-Rise Construction

About the role

We are hiring an ambitious General Superintendent to lead the construction of a multimillion-dollar landmark high-rise in downtown Miami. This flagship tower project requires an expert who has already delivered at least two high-rise projects successfully. The role is highly visible and critical to project success, demanding a hands-on field leader comfortable overseeing daily construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations, daily construction activities, and execution.
• Manage and coordinate all site superintendents (structural, MEP, interiors, exterior).
• Drive safety, schedule, and quality across the project.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Operations Directors, and executive leadership.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or General Superintendent on high-rise construction.
• At least two completed high-rise projects, from foundations to handovers, as the lead onsite superintendent.
• Experience with 20+ story concrete structures.
• Strong knowledge of structure, concrete, sequencing, façade, and building systems.
• Ability to lead large teams.
