About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative General Superintendent to support our data center project in Spartanburg, SC. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, ensuring the right materials, equipment, and people are in place to get the job done. Responsibilities
- Collaborate in planning, design, construction, and commissioning
- Create estimates, client presentations, timelines, staffing plans, project execution plans, and construction documentation
- Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings/reviews with owners and designers
- Conduct constructability reviews
- Lead client and construction meetings
- Apply multidiscipline knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical, IC, CSA)
- Serve as a safety leader (JHA’s revision, SPA daily signed-off permits)
- Oversee QA construction turnover process, including TOP’s, punch lists, and walkdowns with contractors and owners
Requirements
- High School diploma
- At least 15 years of construction site experience
- At least 15 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, construction inspector, and/or construction manager
- Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship building
Qualifications
- Data Center experience (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $111,100.00 to $152,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
