We need a true leader with the skills and drive to successfully grow the Sales and Finance aspects of our organization!
The ideal candidate
- Has a steady work history and prior experience as a General Sales Manager (preferred) or a Sales Manager, with a proven track record of achieving positive results.
- Maintains accountability for customer retention and profitability in sales and finance.
- Hires, trains, and motivates all sales consultants and sales management employees.
- Plans dealership operations for the coming year and submits to the company for approval.
- Provides enthusiastic leadership to maintain and grow employee engagement.
- Aid in recruiting and training top talent, in addition to retaining them within the organization.
- Upholds company values throughout business practices and utilizes sound judgment in decision making.
- Approaches others in a welcoming, diplomatic, and professional manner, reacts well under pressure, accepts responsibility for their actions, and follows through on commitments.
- Has strong sales knowledge, training, and performance background.
- Is highly engaged with the retail process and customer satisfaction centered.
Total Target Annual Compensation
$200,000 - $250,000

Pay
Competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $105,500.00 - $149,700.00 USD annually for full time employees.
