We're looking for an experienced automotive leader who thrives on building winning teams, creating accountability, developing people, and driving exceptional customer experiences through disciplined processes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales management and client advisor team.
  • Establish a culture of accountability through consistent follow-up, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure every customer receives an exceptional, transparent, and professional buying experience.
  • Drive CRM excellence by ensuring complete and accurate documentation, follow-up, and utilization of CRM.
  • Hold the team accountable for sales processes, appointment standards, desking procedures, and customer communication.
  • Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top automotive talent.
  • Work closely with Finance, Service, and Executive Leadership to maximize dealership performance.
  • Embrace technology and continuously improve dealership operations through AI tools, automation, and modern retailing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Proven success as a General Sales Manager or high-performing Sales Manager in a volume automotive dealership.
  • Extensive experience using CRM systems, proficient with organization and task completion.
  • A track record of building and developing successful sales teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability with confidence using reports and performance data to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, customer engagement, and dealership operations.
  • High standards, strong integrity, and a hands-on leadership style.
