General Production - Waterloo Pork Plant

About the role

This position is an entry level non-skilled general labor role while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Light to medium knife work to process pork
• Product handling and processing
• Bagging and boxing products
• Product inspection and sorting

Physical Requirements

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Work environments are wet and humid with temperatures ranging from 35 to 90+ degrees. Responsibilities include climbing ladders, working from elevated platforms, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, walking on hard floors, and the occasional lift of up to 61 lbs.
